"OTG Instructors are the definition of Professionalism"

OTG TACTICAL INSTRUCTORS

OTG is composed of current and former law enforcement officers who have held positions as Patrol Supervisors, Field Training Officers, Narcotics Officers, and SWAT/SRT members and leaders. Our instructors have an immense amount of skill and credibility yet realize that training techniques and skills are ever evolving.

We believe to be the best instructors we need to be students first. By embracing this mindset, we continuously seek out and attend the best relevant training across the country to provide the most current information to our students. Our instructors have trained with members of military special operations, large city police experts and competitive shooters across the country. Given our experience in law enforcement, we can properly assess information from a multitude of sources and act as a ‘clearing house’ for the dissemination of the most current information, skills, tactics and techniques for Law Enforcement in the great state of Tennessee and beyond.
